Please use the form below to retrieve the serial number for products you have purchased. Enter the e-mail address you purchased the software with and we will e-mail you the serial numbers immediately. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address you purchased the software with you will need to contact us; include your full name, phone number and order number (if available) so we may manually process a serial retrieval.
Note: If you have purchased the product Alloy, the key file will be processed manually and e-mailed to you within 24-48 hours. All other product serial requests are processed instantly.
